For Naimah, Yo Chi Life is a way of living. It effects her diet, she is vegan, her attitude and her physical well being. Naimah created Yo Chi Life, which incorporates three practices, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Chi Gong into one exercise form. She has been a practitioner of this form for 6 years and has lead a holistic, yoga inspired life for 48 years. As a certified instructor she has lead group training, seniors & youth classes, private lessons, special events and more. In addition Naimah is a certified food preparer who deals with natural, vegan, vegetarian meals. Her most notable food endeavor are her gluten free, vegan cakes.
